Allow yourself to get lost in the music as you sweat your way through a 45 minute high energy session on the bike with our rockstar instructors. Or if you dare, take advantage of our double dose: Ride + Condition, a 60 minute hybrid class, a combination of bike work followed by high intensity interval training in our Strength room.
What we’re sure will be the best 50 minutes of your day. An (ALL LEVELS) no holds barred HIIT class, CONDITION is a combination of bodyweight exercises, weights, and a 5 minute cool down. This class is designed to bring you through hell and back, coming out on the other side as a stronger, more confident version of yourself, and maybe making some new friends on the way there.
A 60 minute open level class rooted in traditional vinyasa, FLOW incorporates strength, movement and breath work to help you excel in your other athletic ventures. We keep the structure simple enough for beginners, but suggest optional variations to engage and challenge practitioners of all levels and abilities. Both Vinyasa and Power Vinyasa are available to choose from! Be prepared to improve your balance, flexibility, stamina and power. Namaste, Grit gang.
