Grit House, a fitness studio located in the village of Hamburg, NY provides high intensity group training. The studio is a combination of beauty and functionality, and our sessions are challenging yet fun. Our mission is to help clients strengthen their mental and physical health, as well as become stronger athletes overall.
We’re confident you’re going to work up a sweat, so we suggest wearing a tank top or t-shirt and some form fitting bottoms. Whatever you choose, make sure you’re comfortable. Make sure to hydrate well before class, as well as eat something light that’ll fuel you throughout your session.
DON’T BE THAT GUY or GIRL.
Be courteous and arrive 15 minutes early for your class. That’ll give you time to check in, put your things down, and make sure you’re set up properly on the bike if you’re riding.
Your reservation must be canceled or rescheduled 12 hours prior to the scheduled class time. If you do not cancel or reschedule within this time period, a session will be deducted from your package.
To maintain respect for our clients and not disrupt their experience, no clients may join class 5 minutes after the class has begun.
